LLMod.ai provides an educational platform that connects students and educators to Large Language Models (LLMs) through a managed API gateway. Our Service includes:

• Managed access to multiple LLM providers
• Budget management and usage tracking
• Prompt auditing and safety monitoring

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/institutional consent
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Pricing

Subscription fees are billed on a monthly basis according to the plan you select. Current pricing is available on our website and may be changed with 30 days' notice.

4.2 Payment

You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

4.3 Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for your selected plan.

4.4 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund if you cancel your subscription within 7 days of your initial purchase (excluding free trial periods). To request a refund, contact us at hey@llmod.ai with your account details.

5.2 Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscriptions beyond the 7-day guarantee period:

• No refunds are provided for partial months
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
• You retain access to the Service until the end of the paid period

5.3 Exceptions

Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in cases of:

• Service unavailability or technical issues preventing use
• Billing errors or duplicate charges
• Other exceptional circumstances as determined by LLMod.ai

5.4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

5.5 Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Custom enterprise solutions or one-time setup fees
• Additional LLM usage credits purchased separately
• Third-party services or integrations

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service for commercial purposes outside of education

7. Data Usage and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy, including:

• Account information and usage data
• Student prompts for safety auditing (retained for 15 days)
• API usage metrics and billing information

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by LLMod.ai and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features with notice
• Perform maintenance and updates
• Change pricing with 30 days' advance notice
• Update these Terms with notification to users

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• You remain responsible for all charges incurred prior to termination
• We may delete your account data in accordance with our retention policies

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

IN NO EVENT SHALL LLMOD.AI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LLMod.ai from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LLMod.ai operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
